Nordic goddess. Our great primordial mother who embraces us in the north long before the Bible was written. Hel held our life's journey in light as darkness, our spirit, our mother. Our great embraced mother who equally slyly lures us into her cavernous abode. To get us into shadow work to let go of what no longer benefits us on our life's journey. But also embracing our inner little child so we can grow in wisdom. You do the hard spiritual work yourself but Hel gives you healing and supports you on your journey of letting go to transform into your highest good. Over and over. 

Hel's message: Remember me, remember your roots. The breath of the North calls you to bring back your forgotten wisdom. Come with me into the darkness to find your inner light. Inner embracing still safe children that heal your liver journey. I may be a maze of emotions to understand but you are here to learn about life and follow your calling.
